- Signature cards need updating with the removal of 2008 President, Susan Sakys and adding current 2009 President, Sue Moriki and President-Elect, Dorothy ‘DJ’ Oliver, and Treasurer, Sharee Perea as being authorized to sign

- Increase membership in 2009 by 10% from 2008 to 50 members

- Corie appointed MC for January Business Resource Luncheon
- Corie and Jan to work on February speaker for Business Resource Luncheon
- Liz Callahan has been reserved for November Business Resource Luncheon
- The Year to Date Program Schedule was distributed to attendees
- Hospitality
- Jan Duran reported on several hospitality ideas

- Melanie Carpenter-Lay appointed by Sue Moriki
- Old Business
- Business Resource Luncheon Fees
- Motion approved to increase Non-member luncheon price from $20 to $25
- Motion approved to allow a member bringing a guest to pay member price of $15 for the guest
- Motion approved to allow Kambria to purchase a Bingo Cage not to exceed $25
- Chapter Incorporation, Non-Profit Status, Federal Tax ID Number
- Accountant, Joe Madia, has filed our corporate documents, as of January 3rd Susan Sakys and Joe Madia to prepare the documents for Non-Profit Status as soon as the 2009 documents are received by Mr. Madia from the IRS
- Mr. Madia suggested the chapter’s current Federal Tax ID Number be changed to a new number to coincide with the new incorporation and Non-Profit status
- Annual Report Task Force
- Sue Moriki, DJ Oliver and Susan Sakys will meet and prepare the 2008 Annual Report for submission to WCR National by February 3, 2009
