Meeting called to order at 10:15 by Sue Moriki, President. Mission Statement and Vision read by Pam. Jan Duran, acting Secretary, states that quorum has been met. March minutes approved as submitted. |

Completed local member roster formatted to CSV, Excel. As of 4/10/10, 46 National members and 11 Local members, 82.61% Realtors and 17.39% Affiliates. |

Completed and submitted surveys from Feb and March luncheons. Will forward info back to speakers as well. May program with Stella Ling will be a joint meeting with SRCAR and will be a $20.00 fee for everyone. We will include a pay pal button on the eblast that gets sent out to all SRCAR members. |

Thank you note sent to Mimi Donaldson, March speaker. There will be no inspiration in April due to the Spring Tea schedule and May inspiration will be given by Denyse Wilson. |
| Judee Edgerton, Table Decoration |
Judee will commit to decorating 2 additional tables if needed for Spring Tea. Judee will also sponsor water for our May luncheon. |

Has located 8 past Presidents for the Spring Tea table (including Linda & Sue). Linda will donate a water dispenser for our chapters use at monthly luncheons. |
New Business: |
Resignation of Kristi Johnson – motion by Jan to accept resignation and look for a new recruit for the by-laws chair position, 2nd by Debbie, unanimous vote.
Spring Tea update, motion by Jan to comp tickets for 3 decorators to attend, 2 guest tables and 1 Presidents table. 2nd by Debbie, unanimous vote.
Website is not fully up and running but Eric is working with Sue to finalize completion. Sue will ask Daniel Brincat to keep website updated as a paid consultant.
Motion by Sue to sponsor 2 seminars for Steve Gronlund at a monetary amount of no more that $50.00 each, as member recruitment. 2nd by Jan. Motion passed with only 1 opposing vote by Debbie Kosum.
Sue will schedule with Laurel Miller for WCR to sponsor breakfast at the SRCAR marketing meeting.
The 3 Chapter Forum on July 9th from 10 – 3 at the Woodhaven Country Club 41555 Woodhaven Dr. East, Palm Desert will be $35.00 to attend and we need to rally as many members as possible to boost attendance at the event.
We have received new Annual Gold Sponsorship from Property ID and Silver from Keller Williams Realty.
WCR, Southwest Riverside Chapter, Purse hangers will be on sale at National Convention for $15.00 and available to our membership for $10.00 each
